“Composition
100 ml of suspension contain: Active ingredient: beclomethasone dipropionate 77 mg. Each spray contains 100 mcg of beclomethasone dipropionate. Excipients: benzalkonium chloride 27 mg. For a full list of excipients, see section 6.1.
Excipients
Polysorbate 20, microcrystalline cellulose and sodium carboxymethylcellulose, benzalkonium chloride, phenylethyl alcohol, dextrose (glucose) monohydrate, purified water.
Therapeutic indications
Prevention and treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and vasomotor rhinitis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. Local viral and tuberculous infections. Contraindicated in children under 6 years of age.
Dosage
Rinoclenil should be administered exclusively by the nasal route. Adults and children over 6 years: two sprays into each nostril once daily. In children, if considered appropriate, a divided dosing regimen can be followed, with one injection into each nostril twice daily. The effect does not appear immediately, and to achieve the full therapeutic effect, it is recommended to use the drug regularly and for several days. Children under 6 years: the drug should not be administered to children under 6 years of age. Instructions for use Shake the bottle vigorously before each use. In addition, before starting therapy, it is recommended to remove the protective cap and protective ring and activate the dosing pump several times to start the spray mechanism. Proceed as follows: 1) Clean your nose thoroughly. 2) Remove the protective cap. 3) Remove the protective ring blocking the pump on the side. 4) Hold the bottle between your fingers. To activate the spray mechanism, turn on the dosing pump several times until you get a visible spray. 5) Place the nozzle on one nostril, pressing the other nostril with your finger. Inhale and simultaneously press the base of the nasal nozzle. This delivers a precisely measured single dose of the active ingredient. Repeat the same operation with the other nostril. 6) After use, replace the protective cap and protective ring. If the dispenser is clogged, rinse it thoroughly with warm water, avoiding touching the opening with sharp objects.”
