• Description
  Cholinex hard lozenges are a drug for use in cases of throat inflammation and accompanying pain. It can also be taken during antibiotic therapy for infections of the oral and pharyngeal mucosa caused by certain microorganisms. The active substance of the lozenges is choline salicylate, which has a local analgesic effect. Additionally, it reduces swelling and congestion of the oral and pharyngeal mucosa and stimulates saliva secretion, which translates into anti-inflammatory effects.

The drug is intended for use by adults and children over 12 years of age.

• Composition
  1 lozenge contains:
• active substance: choline salicylate 150 mg,
  other ingredients: sucrose, liquid glucose, peppermint oil.
  Indications
  Cholinex drug should be used in the case of:

inflammation of the mucous membrane in the mouth and throat,
pain and swelling of the throat associated with inflammation,
as a support during antibiotic therapy for infections of the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat.

Action
Cholinex 24 lozenges contain choline salicylate, which acts locally: anti-inflammatory (reduces swelling and hyperemia of the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat and increases saliva secretion), analgesic and antibacterial on some sensitive bacteria.
