Doppelherz 2-in-1 Calorie Blocker is suitable for adults aged 18 years and older. It is intended for oral administration. The recommended dose is 2 tablets three times a day one hour before each meal, with at least a glass (250 ml) of water. During Weight Control and taking Doppelherz 2-in-1 Calorie Blocker, take an additional multivitamin and mineral supplement every day. Doppelherz 2-in-1 Calorie Blocker reduces the concentration of some vitamins and minerals absorbed by the body. It is best to take the vitamin and mineral supplement before bedtime so that the vitamins and minerals are actually absorbed by the body. Do not take Doppelherz Calorie Blocker 2 in 1 for more than 30 days in a row. Treatment can be resumed after a 4-day break.

if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients.
if you have gastrointestinal diseases (e.g. acid reflux, gastritis, gastric or duodenal ulcers, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis), signs of intestinal obstruction (imminent or existing mechanical or paralytic ileus), gastroparesis in diabetics with neuropathy, intestinal polyps or suffer or have suffered from existing severe digestive disorders (constipation).
if you are taking warfarin (a blood thinner).
if you are underweight (body mass index [BMI] < 18.5).
if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Not suitable for infants and small children.
Children and adolescents should only take Doppelherz Calorie Blocker 2 in 1 after prior consultation with a doctor.
