The PARI ProtECT inhalation solution is a medical device from PARI GmbH for soothing the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract in case of cold symptoms and inflammatory respiratory diseases such as bronchitis, allergic asthma and COPD. The isotonic solution of the natural cell protection molecule ectoine, as well as sea salt and water, sustainably moisturizes the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract and thus protects them from drying out. Suitable for adults, children and babies.
The PARI ProtECT inhalation solution contains the natural substance ectoine. It has anti-inflammatory and cell wall stabilizing properties. Inhalations can also be used to prevent colds. Particularly in the cold season, with hay fever or fine dust pollution, the mucous membranes can dry out quickly. As a result, the natural protective film is damaged and pathogens such as viruses or bacteria can penetrate more quickly. Do not use PARI ProtECT if: you have wounds in the respiratory tract (e.g. after surgery), or if you are allergic to ectoine or any of the other ingredients. The manufacturer recommends starting treatment with PARI ProtECT immediately upon the first symptoms of a cold and if a dry cough develops. To do this, use the inhalation solution once or twice a day for at least a week, inhaling the contents of one ampoule per application using a nebulizer. Suitable devices include nozzle nebulizers (including PARI inhalation devices), as well as ultrasonic and membrane nebulizers. Since the inhalation solution does not contain any preservatives, all opened or damaged containers should be discarded.
