Intended use:
In pain of various origins, e.g. headache, toothache, joint pain, post-traumatic, postoperative, menstrual and neoplastic pains; in feverish conditions, colds and flu, especially with a dry, tiring cough.
Dosage:
Orally. The dose and frequency of taking the preparation is determined by the doctor. Dissolve the tablet in a little liquid. Warning! You should not drink alcohol during treatment. Codeine increases the depressive effect of alcohol on the central nervous system. For the treatment to be effective and as safe as possible, follow the instructions of the treating physician. Familiarize yourself with the properties of the drug described in the leaflet before using it. Before using the drug, check the expiry date stated on the package (label). Do not use this medicine after the expiry date. Store the drug in a tightly closed container, out of the reach and sight of children, in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements. This medicine has been prescribed by your doctor to treat a specific medical condition. It should not be transferred to other people or used in other circumstances without consulting a doctor.
Inform the doctor:
When you are hypersensitive to paracetamol, codeine or any of the excipients of the preparation, bronchial asthma, respiratory failure, hypothyroidism, liver and / or kidney dysfunction, wet cough, phenylketonuria, fructose intolerance. When you are taking medication, other painkillers, drugs acting on the central nervous system, anticoagulants, rifampicin, zidovudine. In addition, you should inform your doctor about all recently taken medications, even those available without a prescription. If you are pregnant or suspect that you are breastfeeding. The preparation is contraindicated in the first trimester of pregnancy. In the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, use only when absolutely necessary. Do not use during breastfeeding.

Wskazania do stosowania:
W bolach roznego pochodzenia, np. glowy, zebow, stawow, w bolach pourazowych, pooperacyjnych, miesiaczkowych i towarzyszacych chorobom nowotworowym; w stanach goraczkowych, przeziebieniach i grypie, szczegolnie przebiegajacych z suchym, meczacym kaszlem.
Dawkowanie:
Doustnie. Dawke i czestotliwosc przyjmowania preparatu ustala lekarz. Tabletke rozpuscic w niewielkiej ilosci plynu. Uwaga! W trakcie leczenia nie nalezy spozywac alkoholu. Kodeina nasila depresyjne dzialanie alkoholu na osrodkowy uklad nerwowy. Aby leczenie bylo skuteczne i jak najbardziej bezpieczne nalezy przestrzegac zalecen lekarza prowadzacego. Zapoznaj sie z wlasciwosciami leku opisanymi w ulotce przed jego zastosowaniem. Przed zastosowaniem leku nalezy sprawdzic date waznosci podana na opakowaniu (etykiecie). Nie nalezy stosowac leku po terminie waznosci. Przechowuj lek w szczelnie zamknietym opakowaniu, w miejscu niedostepnym i niewidocznym dla dzieci, zgodnie z wymogami producenta. Lek ten zostal przepisany przez lekarza prowadzacego celem leczenia konkretnego schorzenia. Nie nalezy go odstepowac innym osobom ani uzywac w innych okolicznosciach bez konsultacji z lekarzem.
Poinformuj lekarza:
Gdy masz nadwrazliwosc paracetamol, kodeine lub jakakolwiek substancje pomocnicza preparatu, astme oskrzelowa, niewydolnosc oddechowa, niedoczynnosc tarczycy, zaburzenia funkcji watroby i/lub nerek, mokry kaszel, fenyloketonurie, nietolerancje fruktozy. Gdy przyjmujesz leki inne leki przeciwbolowe, leki dzialajace na osrodkowy uklad nerwowy, leki przeciwzakrzepowe, ryfampicyne, zydowudyne. Ponadto nalezy poinformowac lekarza o wszystkich ostatnio przyjmowanych lekach, nawet tych odstepnych bez recepty. Jesli jestes lub przypuszczasz, ze jestes w ciazy, a takze gdy karmisz piersia. Preparat jest przeciwwskazany w pierwszym trymestrze ciazy. W drugim i trzecim trymestrze ciazy stosowac jedynie w przypadku zdecydowanej koniecznosci. Nie stosowac w okresie karmienia piersia.
