Sulfur and potassium carbonate New.fa.dem. 17%+8% Ointment Treatment of fungal skin infections, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis and parasitic skin diseases (scabies).

Composition
Active ingredients
100 g of ointment contains: sulfur for external use 17 g, potassium carbonate 8 g.
Excipients
White petroleum jelly.

Method of administration and dosage
Adults and adolescents, children over 3 years old. Apply the ointment in the amount required for the area to be treated, 2-3 times a day. To treat scabies, after applying the ointment, vigorously rub the area to be treated; in addition, the ointment must be left on the skin for at least 24 hours without rinsing. Treatment should continue for at least 3 days in a row.

Warnings
External use. Avoid contact with mouth, eyes, genitals and other mucous membranes. Use, especially long-term, of topical medications may cause irritation or sensitization. In this case, it is necessary to interrupt treatment and prescribe appropriate therapy.

Interactions
No special interaction studies have been conducted.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
In the absence of special studies, the drug should be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding only if necessary and under direct medical supervision.

Storage
Do not store at temperatures above 30 degrees C. Keep the container tightly closed in the original packaging.”
