“Composition of the product
Active ingredients:
Ibuprofen 400 mg
Excipients:
Lactose-1-water 60 mg, Microcrystalline cellulose, Corn starch, Sodium croscarmellose, Highly dispersed silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate
poly(vinyl alcohol), Macrogol 3350, talc

The drug is an anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent, with antipyretic properties.

Symptomatic treatment
mild or moderate pain
High temperature

Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the recommended dose is:
Body weight (age): 20 kg – 29 kg (6 – 9 years)
Single dose: ½ film-coated tablet (equivalent to 200 mg of ibuprofen).
Maximum daily dose (24 hours): 1½ film-coated tablets (equivalent to 600 mg ibuprofen).
Body weight (age): 30 kg – 39 kg (10 – 11 years)
Single dose: ½ film-coated tablet (equivalent to 200 mg ibuprofen).
Maximum daily dose (24 hours): 2 film-coated tablets (equivalent to 800 mg ibuprofen).
Body weight (age): >/= 40 kg (young people aged 12 years and over and adults)
Single dose: ½–1 film-coated tablet (equivalent to 200–400 mg ibuprofen).
Maximum daily dose (24 hours): 3 film-coated tablets (equivalent to 1200 mg ibuprofen).
If you have taken the maximum single dose, wait at least 6 hours before taking the next dose.
Elderly people and patients with a history of gastric or duodenal ulcers.
These patients should start with the lowest dose.
Impaired renal or hepatic function
No dose reduction is required in the presence of mild or moderate renal or hepatic impairment.
Use in children and adolescents.
In children and adolescents, if the drug must be taken for more than 3 days or if symptoms worsen, seek medical advice.

Contraindications
You should not take this medicine
if you are allergic to ibuprofen or any of the other ingredients in this medicine
if you have had allergic reactions in the past after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs, such as:
Shortness of breath due to narrowing of the airways (bronchospasm)
Asthma attacks
Swelling of the nasal mucosa
Skin reactions (e.g. flushing, hives, etc.)
if you have unexplained blood disorders
if you have current or recurrent stomach/duodenal ulcers (peptic ulcers) or bleeding in the past (at least 2 different episodes of proven ulcers or bleeding)
if you have a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation due to previous treatment with non-al anti-inflammatory drugs/anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
if you have bleeding in the brain (cerebrovascular accident) bleeding) or other active bleeding
if you have severe liver or kidney dysfunction
if you have severe heart failure (heart failure)
in the last 3 months of pregnancy
Children
Painkillers should not be given to children under 6 years of age or weighing less than 20 kg, as the dose they contain is usually not suitable.”
