Reaktifargan 2% is a cream for the topical symptomatic treatment of localized skin irritations such as:
Redness.
Burning.
Itching.
Sunburn.
Ingredients
100 g of cream contains:
Active ingredients: Promethazine 2.00 g.
Excipients: polyacrylamide isoparaffin laureth-7, octyl methoxycinnamate methyl para-hydroxybenzoate, propyl para-hydroxybenzoate lavender oil, purified water.
Method of administration and dosage
Use 3-4 times a day.
Do not exceed the recommended doses.
Warnings
Prolonged and improper use of the product may lead to allergic sensitization with subsequent worsening of symptoms.
In this case, treatment should be suspended and a doctor should be consulted to prescribe appropriate therapy.
Since its use may slow down the healing process, it should not be used for more than 3-4 consecutive days on lesions where this phenomenon occurs.
In case of sunburn, apply the product and avoid further exposure of the irritated skin to sunlight.
If skin rash, irritation and burning symptoms occur, treatment should be stopped.
Keep the medicine out of the reach of children.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or any of the excipients in eczema and all secretory lesions.
The medicine is contraindicated in children under 2 years of age.
Interactions
There are no known drug interactions between promethazine applied topically and other topical drugs.
Side effects
Topical application of promethazine may in some cases cause skin photosensitivity.
The presence of a sunscreen in the formula allows avoiding or limiting these effects in those who are exposed to the sun after applying the product.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Pregnant women should use the drug only if really necessary and under the supervision of a doctor.
Storage
Store at a temperature below 25°C.”
