Each of the 21 film-coated tablets contains small amounts of the female sex hormones ethinyl estradiol and dienogest.

If you have not taken any hormonal contraceptives in the past month:
Start from the 1st day of the cycle, i.e. 1st day of menstruation.
If you are switching from another combined oral contraceptive to this one:
Dosing is preferably started the day after the last active tablet of the previous oral contraceptive, but no later than the day after the usual break in taking the tablets or after taking the inactive tablets of the previous oral contraceptive.
If you are switching to this drug from a vaginal ring or transdermal patch
Reception is preferably started on the day of removal, but no later than when the next application should be scheduled.
