The product is indicated for use in magnesium deficiency. The following symptoms may indicate the occurrence of magnesium deficiency:
nervousness, irritability, mood swings, mild anxiety, restlessness, periodic fatigue, drowsiness, mild sleep disorders
anxiety symptoms, including intestinal cramps or palpitations (without known heart problems)
muscle spasms, tingling, eyelid twitching
Taking magnesium helps to reduce these symptoms.
- Dosage
It’s as easy as 2×2!
- Sample dosage: 2×2 tablets per day*
*Adults: 3-4 tablets in 2 – 3 divided doses during meals. Children and adolescents aged 6 years or over (body weight approx. 20 kg): 2 to 4 tablets per day, in 2 or 3 divided doses, during meals.

Vitamin B6 regulates metabolic processes, including in the nervous system. It improves magnesium absorption and cellular transport.
