Tetesept Schnupfen Spray (20 ml) is a nasal spray intended for the treatment of breathing difficulties and nasal congestion. It is used as a decongestant to quickly clear the nasal passages and facilitate breathing, especially after nasal congestion or infections (e.g. cold, flu, allergies). Tetesept Schnupfen Spray contains the following active ingredients: Xylometazoline, an α-receptor agonist, helps to narrow the nasal blood vessels, reducing congestion and increased fluid. Panthenol helps to restore the damaged surface of the nasal mucosa and reduces possible irritation and inflammation. For adults and children over 6 years of age: use 1-2 times in each nostril, as needed, 3 times a day. Children 2-6 years of age: use is not recommended. It is recommended not to use for longer than 5-7 days to prevent relapse. In order for the drug to be effective, the correct dose must be used. However, the following side effects may occur: dryness or irritation of the nasal passages, headaches, palpitations
high blood pressure (especially with prolonged use). Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Not recommended for use by people with heart disease or high blood pressure.
