Mometasone Nasal nasal spray is a drug that relieves the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis, also known as hay fever. The drug contains mometasone furoate, a corticosteroid, and when administered intranasally, it relieves symptoms such as nasal congestion, sneezing, and itching. The medicinal product is intended for adults. - Composition
The active substance of the drug is mometasone furoate (Mometasoni furoas). 1 dose of the drug provides 50 micrograms of mometasone furoate. - Excipients: benzalkonium chloride, solution; glycerol; polysorbate 80; microcrystalline cellulose; carmellose sodium; citric acid monohydrate; sodium citrate; purified water.
- Indications and action
The action of Momester Nasal is to reduce swelling and irritation of the nasal mucosa. Thanks to this, the spray relieves the symptoms of hay fever, which is an allergic reaction to pollen from trees, weeds, grasses or spores of fungi and molds. The medicine relieves sneezing, a feeling of a blocked nose, itching and reduces the amount of nasal discharge.
