Intended use:
Postoperative inflammation after cataract surgery and other surgical procedures. Pain and photophobia. Post-traumatic inflammation (injuries without perforation of the eyeball). Inhibition of miosis during cataract surgery. Prevention of cystic macular edema after cataract surgery with lens implantation. Non-infectious inflammation of the anterior segment of the eye.
Dosage:
Instill into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye (s). The dose and frequency of use of the drug is determined by the doctor. After administration of the drug, it is recommended to press the nasolabial canal or close the eyes for about 3 minutes. As a result, the absorption of the drug into the body is reduced and its local action is increased. Warning! The preparation contains benzalkonium chloride, which may cause eye irritation and discoloration of soft contact lenses. Contact lenses should be removed before applying the drops and reinserted at least 15 minutes after instillation. For the treatment to be effective and as safe as possible, follow the instructions of the treating physician. Familiarize yourself with the properties of the drug described in the leaflet before using it. Before using the drug, check the expiry date stated on the package (label). Do not use this medicine after the expiry date. Store the drug in a tightly closed container, out of the reach and sight of children, in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements. This medicine has been prescribed by your doctor to treat a specific medical condition. It should not be transferred to other people or used in other circumstances without consulting a doctor.
Inform the doctor:
If you are hypersensitive to diclofenac sodium, acetylsalicylic acid, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or any of the excipients of the preparation, asthma. When you use other medications. Dawkowanie:
Zakraplac do worka spojowkowego chorego oka (oczu). Dawke i czestotliwosc stosowania leku ustala lekarz. Po podaniu leku zaleca sie ucisniecie kanaika nosowo-lozowego lub zamkniecie oczu na okolo 3 minuty. Dzieki temu zmiejszone jest wchlanie leku do organizmu i zwieksza jego miejscowe dzialanie. Uwaga! Preparat zawiera chlorek benzalkoniowy, ktory moze powodowac podraznienie oczu oraz przebarwienie miekkich soczewek kontaktowych. Soczewki kontaktowe nalezy wyjac przed zastosowaniem kropli i zalozyc je co najmniej 15 minut po zakropleniu. Aby leczenie bylo skuteczne i jak najbardziej bezpieczne nalezy przestrzegac zalecen lekarza prowadzacego. Zapoznaj sie z wlasciwosciami leku opisanymi w ulotce przed jego zastosowaniem. Przed zastosowaniem leku nalezy sprawdzic date waznosci podana na opakowaniu (etykiecie). Nie nalezy stosowac leku po terminie waznosci. Przechowuj lek w szczelnie zamknietym opakowaniu, w miejscu niedostepnym i niewidocznym dla dzieci, zgodnie z wymogami producenta. Lek ten zostal przepisany przez lekarza prowadzacego celem leczenia konkretnego schorzenia. Nie nalezy go odstepowac innym osobom ani uzywac w innych okolicznosciach bez konsultacji z lekarzem.
Poinformuj lekarza:
Gdy masz nadwrazliwosc na sol sodowa diklofenaku, kwas acetylosalicylowy, inne niesteroidowe leki przeciwzapalne lub jakakolwiek substancje pomocnicza preparatu, astme. Gdy stosujesz inne leki. W przypadku stosowania innych lekow okulistycznych zaleca sie zachowanie co najmniej 5-10 minutowej przerwy pomiedzy aplikacja kazdego z nich. Ponadto nalezy poinfromowac lekarza o wszystkich ostatnio przyjmowanych lekach, nawet tych dostepnych bez recepty. Jesli jestes lub przypuszczasz, ze jestes w ciazy, a takze gdy karmisz piersia. Nie stosowac w trzecim trymestrze ciazy. Nie zaleca sie stosowania leku w okresie karmienia piersia.
