Antidol 15 is a medicinal product for short-term use in pain of various origins (headache, post-tooth extraction, musculoskeletal, menstrual).
Composition Antidol 15, 500 mg+15 mg tablets, 10 pcs.
Active substances are: codeine phosphate and paracetamol.
1 tablet contains 15 mg of codeine phosphate and 500 mg of paracetamol as Compap L 90% with the composition: paracetamol, pregelatinized corn starch, stearic acid, povidone, crospovidone.
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate.
Action Antidol 15, 500 mg+15 mg tablets, 10 pcs.
Antidol has antipyretic and analgesic effects. The analgesic effect lasts about 4 hours.
Indications Antidol 15, 500 mg+15 mg tablets, 10 pcs.
pain of medium to severe intensity of various origins, e.g. headache, pain after tooth extraction, musculoskeletal pain (including post-traumatic), post-traumatic pain of soft tissue, menstrual pain,
acute pain of moderate intensity that does not subside after treatment with other painkillers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen.
Dosage Antidol 15, 500 mg+15 mg tablets, 10 pcs.
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 1-2 tablets every 6 hours up to 4 times a day (maximum 6 tablets a day).
The maximum daily dose of paracetamol should not exceed 3 g and codeine should not exceed 240 mg.
The medicine should be taken after a meal, with plenty of fluid.
The medicine should not be taken for longer than 3 days. If the pain does not subside after 3 days, consult a doctor.
Dosage in people with severe kidney problems: in people with severe kidney problems, the intervals between doses should be at least 8 hours.
Dosage in people with liver problems: people with liver problems or Gilbert’s syndrome should use a lower dose or extend the intervals between doses.
Contraindications Antidol 15, 500 mg+15 mg tablets, 10 pcs.
Do not use Antidol:
in case of hypersensitivity to paracetamol, codeine, opioids or any of the excipients,
in case of severe hepatic and renal failure,
in case of alcoholism, respiratory failure,
if the patient is taking MAO inhibitors and during and 2 weeks after their discontinuation,
in case of congenital deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, methemoglobin reductase, hemolytic anemia,
if a woman is breastfeeding,
in persons under 12 years of age,
after removal of the palatine and/or pharyngeal tonsil in children and adolescents (up to 18 years of age) as part of the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,
in case of rapid metabolism involving the CYP2D6 enzyme.

The use of the drug should be discussed with a doctor in the case of: bronchial asthma, impaired kidney or liver function, alcoholic liver disease.
Caution should be exercised when using the drug in the case of: hyperthyroidism, prostatic hyperplasia, COPD, advanced age, alcohol addiction.
Long-term use of the drug may lead to addiction and/or worsening of headaches.
The drug should be stored out of the sight and reach of children.
