The action of the drug is based on the use of mechanisms that facilitate the movement of secretions in the respiratory tract, improving breathing comfort due to: breaking the ionic bonds of mucous secretions, thereby reducing the viscosity and elasticity of secretions; absorption of water from the mucous and submucosal membranes, reducing swelling of the walls of the respiratory tract; stimulating coughing and expectoration as mechanisms that support the removal of mucus remaining in the bronchi, resulting in clearing of the airways.
Use
Preparation for use in pneumatic inhalers. It is recommended to follow the instructions for use provided by the device manufacturer. For a single inhalation, use 4 or 5 ml of solution as recommended by a doctor.
