Active ingredients:
100.0 mg pyridoxine hydrochloride 82.27 mg pyridoxine 100.0 mg thiamine hydrochloride 89.19 mg Thiamine
Excipients:
cellulose, microcrystalline gelatin hypromellose Macrogol 6000 Magnesium stearate Corn starch, pregelatinized silicon dioxide, highly dispersed talc titanium dioxide

Application areas
The drug is a combination of neurotropic vitamins: thiamine (vitamin B 1 ) and pyridoxine (vitamin B 6 ).
The drug is used in systemic neurological diseases due to proven deficiency of vitamins B 1 and B 6 .

Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the usual dose is:
Adults:
1 film-coated tablet 1 to 3 times daily (equivalent to 100–300 mg vitamin B 1 / vitamin B 6 per day).
Duration of use:
After four weeks of therapy, your doctor should decide whether further therapeutic measures are necessary.

Contraindications
The drug should not be taken
in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to thiamine chloride hydrochloride (vitamin B 1 ), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B 6 ) or any of the other ingredients of the drug.”
