The medicine is used.
For the symptomatic treatment of organic disorders of the brain within the framework of the general therapeutic concept in case of a decrease or loss of acquired mental abilities (dementia syndrome) with the main complaints: memory disorders, concentration disorders, depressive mood, dizziness, tinnitus, headaches. It is impossible to predict an individual reaction to the medicine. Before starting treatment with this medicine, it should be clarified whether the symptoms are related to an underlying disease requiring specific treatment.
To increase the pain-free walking distance in occlusive disease of the arteries of the extremities, the so-called “”intermittent claudication”” (intermittent claudication stage II according to Fontan) as part of therapeutic exercise, especially walking training.
For dizziness due to circulatory disorders or age-related regression of processes (vertigo of vascular and involutional genesis). For the maintenance treatment of tinnitus due to circulatory disorders or age-related regression of processes (tinnitus of vascular and involutional origin).
Dosage

For the symptomatic treatment of organic brain dysfunction:
Adults 18 years of age and older should take 1 tablet 2 to 3 times daily (equivalent to 80 mg film-coated ginkgo extract tablets 2 to 3 times daily).
To increase the duration of pain-free walking in peripheral arterial disease:
Adults 18 years of age and older should take 1 tablet twice daily (equivalent to 80 mg film-coated ginkgo extract tablets twice daily).
For dizziness and tinnitus:
Adults 18 years of age and older should take 1 tablet twice daily (equivalent to 80 mg ginkgo extract tablets twice daily).
Take 3 times a day in the morning, at noon and in the evening and 2 times a day in the morning and in the evening.
