Suggested Uses
Effective, targeted temporary relief from mild menstrual cramps and related back pain. This product is intended for use by patients aged 12 years and over, who can use it on their own. See special warnings and precautions for use.
How to Use:
Tear open packet immediately before use. Do not cut thermal wrap. Peel off paper to expose adhesive side. Apply to painful area with adhesive side facing underwear, not skin. See Do Not Use for areas where it should not be used. It may take up to 30 minutes for ThermaCare to reach therapeutic temperature. Remove the heat pack after 8 hours.
Do not use:
if the heat elements are not sealed and/or the heat envelope is damaged or torn, or the packaging is damaged
with topical medications
on sore, broken or injured skin
with bruises or swelling that have developed within the last 48 hours
in people who cannot follow directions for use or cannot remove the product themselves
along with other forms of heat
for users under 12 years of age
if you are pregnant
on areas other than those specified in the directions for use”
