“Ingredients
Acetylsalicylic acid 250 mg, Caffeine 50 mg, Paracetamol 200 mg, Corn starch, Stearic acid, talc, Wheat starch 48 mg, Wheat gluten
Application
The drug is a combination of acetylsalicylic acid and paracetamol, two active substances from the group of analgesics and antipyretics (pain reliever/antipyretic) and caffeine.
Dosage
Single dose
1-2 tablets (which corresponds to 250-500 mg of acetylsalicylic acid, 200-400 mg of paracetamol and 50-100 mg of caffeine)
Max. daily dose (24 hours)
up to 6 tablets (equivalent to 1500 mg acetylsalicylic acid, 1200 mg paracetamol and 300 mg caffeine)
Hepatic or renal dysfunction
In patients with mild to moderate hepatic or renal dysfunction or Gilbert-Meulengracht syndrome, the dose should be reduced or the dosing interval should be increased (for patients with severe hepatic or renal dysfunction, see the Contraindications category).
Elderly patients
These patients should start with the lowest dose and be under medical supervision due to the increased risk of side effects.
Children and young adults
The medicine should not be used in children under 12 years of age or weighing less than 43 kg.
Duration of use:
Do not take this medicine for more than 3 days
The medicine should not be taken
if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol, caffeine, wheat starch or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
if you have had asthma attacks or other allergic reactions to salicylates or other nonal anti-inflammatory drugs (some medicines for pain, fever or inflammation) in the past (e.g. narrowing of the airways, inflammation of the lining of the nose, hives, swelling of the face, etc.).
if you have had gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation in connection with the use of nonal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
if you have a stomach/duodenal ulcer (peptic ulcer) or bleeding
if you have had recurrent stomach/duodenal ulcers (peptic ulcers) or bleeding in the past (at least 2 different episodes of proven ulcers or bleeding)
if you have a pathologically increased tendency to bleed (hemorrhagic diathesis)
if you have severe liver or kidney dysfunction
if you have severe weakness of the heart muscle (heart failure)
if you also take 15 mg or more of methotrexate per week
in the last 3 months of pregnancy
children and adolescents under 12 years of age or users weighing up to 43 kg.”
