✅ What it is

Pollicrom 20 mg/ml nasal spray solution contains the active ingredient sodium cromoglicate (20 mg/ml).  
It is indicated for year-round and seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) in adults and children.

🕒 How to use

• Adults and children: Typically 1 spray into each nostril, up to 4 times daily. Maximum up to 6 sprays per nostril per day if needed.

• Before use: Remove cap, prime the pump (1-2 sprays until fine mist appears). Insert nozzle into nostril, press once while gently inhaling through nose. Repeat for other nostril.

• Once symptoms are controlled, you may reduce usage frequency, but continue while allergen exposure persists. Treatment can continue up to 6 months under supervision.

⚠️ Contraindications & Precautions

• Do not use if you are allergic to sodium cromoglicate or any of the other ingredients.

• For use during pregnancy or breastfeeding: only on advice of a doctor. The active ingredient is minimally absorbed but caution is advised.

• Since this is a nasal spray, proper hygiene (cleaning nozzle, replacing cap) is important to avoid contamination.

• Common: Nasal irritation, nosebleeds, sneezing.

• Rare: Hypersensitivity reactions (itching, swelling, bronchospasm) — stop use and seek medical advice if these occur.

• No special precautions for driving or machine use as systemic effect is minimal.
