Applications
Carmentin ® for upset stomach is a herbal remedy for upset stomach.
Carmentin ® is used for digestive disorders.
Dyspeptic symptoms, especially with mild spasms in the gastrointestinal area, flatulence, a feeling of distension.
Dosage
If you have an upset stomach, always take Carmentin ® exactly as directed.
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the usual dose is:
Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over take 1 capsule twice daily.
Take the capsules whole with a sufficient amount of liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water) at least 30 minutes before the next meal, preferably in the morning and at lunch.
Duration of use:
The duration of use of the drug is usually not limited in time.
Contraindications
Carmentin ® should not be taken if you have digestive disorders.
if you have a known hypersensitivity to peppermint, menthol, caraway, other umbelliferous plants or any of the other ingredients of the drug,
with decreased production of stomach acid (achlorhydria),
with liver disease,
with gallstones, inflammatory diseases of the biliary tract (cholangitis) or other diseases of the biliary tract.”
