“Compound
The active ingredient of the drug is ibuprofen in the amount of 200 mg per capsule.
Other ingredients (excipients): macrogol 400, potassium hydroxide 50%, gelatin, partially dehydrated liquid sorbitol, purified water, quinoline yellow E 104, patent blue E 131.
Dosage
Oral administration. The medicine is used in adults and children aged 12 years and older.
The following dosage is usually used:
Adults and children over 12 years of age: Initial dose 200–400 mg (1–2 capsules) every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not take more than 1200 mg (6 capsules) per day. If you are unsure about the dosage, consult your doctor. Do not increase the recommended dose!
If you feel that the effect of Ibum Sprint is too strong or too weak, consult your doctor. The medicine is intended for short-term use.
The lowest effective dose should be used for the shortest possible period of time. This reduces the risk of side effects.
Do not take the medicine for more than 3 days unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
Action
The drug has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory properties.
Indications
Pain of various origins of weak and moderate intensity: headaches (including migraines), toothache, muscle pain, pain after injuries, neuralgia; Painful menstruation; Febrile conditions.
Contraindications
Ibum Sprint should not be used in patients: with hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or any of the ingredients of the drug or to other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); with active or previous gastric and/or duodenal ulcers, perforation or bleeding, also occurring after the use of NSAIDs; who have ever had allergy symptoms such as runny nose, urticaria or bronchial asthma during treatment with acetylsalicylic acid or other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs; with severe liver failure, severe renal failure or severe heart failure; simultaneous use of other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs, including COX-2 inhibitors (increases the risk of side effects); with blood clotting disorders.”
