1. What is NEOSPASMINA NOC and what is it used for
A traditional herbal medicinal product for use in the above indications, resulting exclusively from its long-term use.
NEOSPASMINA NOC is a traditional herbal medicinal product that contains a liquid extract consisting of hawthorn fruit, valerian roots, hop cones and passionflower herb.
The medicine has a mild sedative effect and helps you fall asleep.
- Indications for use:
A traditional herbal medicinal product used as an aid in the treatment of:
– nervous disorders such as mild states of tension and anxiety
– difficulty falling asleep.
2. Important information before using NEOSPASMINA NOC
When not to use NEOSPASMINA NOC
– if you are allergic to hawthorn fruit, valerian root, hop cones, passionflower or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).
Warnings and precautions
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using NEOSPASMINA NOC.
Harmful to people with alcoholism.
The medicine contains alcohol, this should be taken into account when using in children and high-risk groups, such as patients with liver disease or epilepsy.
Do not use in patients with brain damage and mental illness.
Children and adolescents
Use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended due to lack of data.
In children from 6 to 12 years of age and adolescents, the medicine should be used under medical supervision. Due to the alcohol content, the medicine should not be used in children under 6 years of age.
NEOSPASMINA NOC and other medicines
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all medicines you are currently taking or have recently taken, as well as medicines you are planning to take.
Concomitant use with synthetic sedatives is not recommended.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine.
Due to the ethanol content, the medicine should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
There is no data on the effect of the product on fertility.
Driving and operating machinery
The medicine may impair the ability to drive and operate machinery. Patients using the medicine should not drive or operate machinery.
The medicine contains up to 10% (V/V) ethanol. A single dose contains up to 1185 mg of alcohol.
NEOSPASMINA NOC contains ethanol and sucrose
The medicine contains up to 10% (V/V) ethanol (alcohol), i.e. up to 1185 mg per dose (15 ml of syrup), which is equivalent to 30 ml of beer, 12.5 ml of wine per dose of syrup.
Harmful to people with alcoholism. Should be taken into account when using in pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and in high-risk groups such as patients with liver disease or epilepsy.
