Silomat DMP pastilles (20 pcs) by STADA are formulated with 10.5 mg dextromethorphan hydrobromide monohydrate per sugar-free lozenge, effectively reducing the urge to cough in cases of dry, unproductive cough . These pastilles begin acting within 15–30 minutes, providing relief that lasts up to 6 hours .

Each pastille contains invert sugar (from honey), maltitol, cyclodextrin, natural lemon or honey flavoring, and gum arabic, which helps soothe the throat while the active ingredient builds effect .

Recommended dosage:

• Children (6–12 years): 1 pastille every 4–6 hours, up to 6 per day

• Adolescents (12+) and adults: 1–3 pastilles every 4–6 hours, up to 12 per day 
  Do not exceed recommended dosage; limit use to 3–5 days without medical advice .

Dosage
Children aged 6 years and older can take one Silomat® DMP lemon-flavored lozenge every 4-6 hours, but no more than 6 per day. Adolescents aged 12 years and older and adults can take 1-3 lozenges every 4-6 hours, but no more than 12 per day. Then allow the lozenges to melt slowly in your mouth.

Do not use more or for longer than recommended.
