“Composition of the product
Active ingredients:
Paracetamol 333 mg
Caffeine 50 mg
Excipients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, Sodium carboxymethyl starch type A, Povidone K28-30, Magnesium stearate
Areas of application:
For mild to moderate pain
Dosage
The appropriate dosing interval depends on the symptoms and the maximum total daily dose. It should not be less than 6 hours.
If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, consult a doctor.
From 43 kg. Children and adolescents from 12 years of age and older, as well as adults
Single dose in tablets: 1-2 tablets (equivalent to 333-666 mg paracetamol and 50-100 mg caffeine)
Maximum daily dose in tablets: 8 tablets (equivalent to 2664 mg paracetamol and 400 mg caffeine).
In patients with impaired liver or kidney function or Gilbert’s syndrome, the dose should be reduced or the time interval should be increased.
Do not take the product for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor or dentist.
Special patient groups
Liver dysfunction and mild renal impairment.

Severe renal impairment
In cases of severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance < 10 ml/min), a dosing interval of at least 8 hours should be observed.
Elderly patients
No special dosage adjustment is required.
Children under 12 years of age
There is insufficient evidence for use in children under 12 years of age.
Contraindications
The medicine should not be used:
if you have hypersensitivity (allergy) to paracetamol, caffeine or any of the other ingredients.
if you suffer from severe liver dysfunction.
