Desloratadine contains desloratadine, which is an antihistamine. Desloratadine +pharma is an antiallergic drug that does not cause drowsiness. It helps control an allergic reaction and its signs.
Desloratadine +pharma relieves the symptoms of allergic rhinitis (inflammation of the nasal passages caused by allergies, such as hay fever or house dust mite allergy) in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older. These signs include sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy roof of the mouth, and itchy, red, or watery eyes. Desloratadine +pharma is also used to relieve symptoms associated with urticaria (a skin condition caused by allergies). These include itching and hives.
The relief of these symptoms lasts throughout the day and helps you return to normal daily activities and sleep.

Adults and adolescents (12 years and over)
take one film-coated tablet once a day.
Swallow the film-coated tablets whole with water, regardless of food intake.
If you forget to take a dose on time, take it as soon as possible and then go back to your usual treatment schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
